About the license

The United States' Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) has provided an exclusive license to Hyperion Power Generation (HPG) for the Hyperion (formerly Comstar) technology. Under the Technology Transfer Program, HPG has the commercialization rights to introduce, license, manufacture, market and distribute the original Hyperion Power Module (HPM) reactor technology invented at LANL.
